WELCOME!

Hey everyone I have created this blog for three main reasons. Firstly, to help me understand my overeating disorder and cope with it. Secondly, for me to be able to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. Finally for anyone else who has problems with these issues and want help on how to deal with them.   2. Hi, I really hope this doesn’t sound weird but the photo of you in your first picture looks very much like my figure and you weighed a similar weight to what I weigh now. Your journey really resonates with me- I’d love to work alongside you in getting fit!!! Very inspirational thank you for sharing!
