This week I have been working out like crazy! I brought a pass to puregym which I like because it is 24hrs a day meaning that I can work out during the evening when no one is there. I have been working out more and it has definitely improved my everyday fitness levels already. I feel more energized and can now walk up the stairs without feeling too out of breath. If that is just over a week I wonder what I will be like by the end of the month? Cannot wait for my weigh in on Sunday I feel that I have definitely lost weight so this will be the start of a new lifestyle!
