One thing that has improved this week is my intake of fruit and vegetables. Must admit I am not the best when it comes to my five a day which I have been able to improve this year.
Especially when it comes to snacks, rather than grabbing packet of crisps or chocolates I now go for fruit. When I eat dinner I make sure I have two vegetables on my plate or salad.
It has been hard work but I know I will be able to get there!
