This week has been going well. Although I have not been to the gym as much as usual I have been cutting down on portion control.
I am eating meals regularly and making sure that I am having breakfast. This has been good because it is keeping me from eating as big portions during the day.
Another thing which is good is that I am making sure I am eating my 5 a day. This has been especially helpful since I feel that my skin is not great.
Salad bags are especially my favourite because all I need to do is add a piece of cooked fish or chicken to it rather having potatoes or carbs.
